Operation

When you need help, simply press the button on the pendant, 'wristwatch' or the unit.

Your receiver unit will send a signal instantly to a licensed alarm monitoring station.

The friendly staff will immediately call your closest neighbour, friend or relative who come to your aid.

Work and Income may meet the costs for you if you meet their criteria. 
Nelson Alarms have been accredited as Work and Income approved suppliers of medical alarms. 

Option 2: Alarm Rental and Monitoring
Rent a personal assistance alarm from Nelson Alarms

Alarm Rental = $25 per month
Alarm Monitoring = $25 per month

Option 3: Alarm Purchase and Monitoring
You own the personal assistance alarm through a one-off purchase, and simply pay a monthly fee to have it monitored.

Alarm Purchase = $535
Alarm Monitoring = $25 per month

Installation

Free in the Nelson - Richmond area, if the telephone and power outlets are suitable (which is usually the case).
