Maintenance Servicing

We strongly recommend that your CCTV / Video Surveillance system is serviced annually in order for it to remain reliable. Like anything, if not properly maintained, the performance from your system will deteriorate over time, which may result in poor quality footage and images or even a system that does not work at all!


Some of the checks and tests that are carried out by our technicians:

• Check all CCTV control equipment
• Check and clean cameras, lenses and housings as necessary
• Check images for correct field of view and adjust as necessary
• Check recording and playback quality
• Ensure effective motion detection
• Carry out preventative maintenance where required
  
• Ensure site coverage is effective and up to Clients requirements
• Carry out additional training on the use of the system where required.

If we installed or have been maintaining your CCTV system, we will contact you when your annual service is due. If we have not contacted you in the last 12 months, or you would like Nelson Alarms to carry out a service on your CCTV system, please contact us.
