Always use a Certified Professional!
Inner Range are the manufacturers of the 'Concept' range of security systems.
For installations and maintenance, Inner Range strongly recommend that customers use a Factory Certified Professional whose certification level suits their particular application. Certified Professionals are found at Accredited Dealers. Nelson Alarms have both certified and advanced Inner Range certified Technicians. A key objective of the programme is to give Inner Range end-user customers easy access to experienced, competent and ethical companies for the installation and service of their Concept security and access control systems. Certification of companies and certification of technicians are administered quite independently, technicians having to prove current competency at the time of their renewal.
The Inner Range Accredited Dealer Program gives Inner Range customers easy access to a choice of experienced and reputable companies for the installation and service of their intruder alarm and access control system. It is a condition of accreditation that all Accredited Dealers abide by a strict Code of Practice. For a company to hold Accredited Dealer status, they must at all times employ at least one Factory Certified Professional. It is recommended that end-user customers check the current certification status of both the company as well as the attending Certified Professional prior to the commencement of work. Click the Inner Range logo above to view our current certification status and certification of our Inner Range trained Technicians.
Nelson Alarms have Inner Range trained technicians with the skills, expertise and experience to effectively maintain your system. We currently have the most security technicians in Nelson that have completed the rigorous manufacturer training and testing in Concept 3000 security systems, two ‘Factory Certified Professional’ technicians, and an ‘Advanced Technician’. This level of accreditation means our technicians have been specifically trained in Concept 3000 systems and Insight software, and know how to get the most out of your system.
Nelson Alarms have designed, installed and maintained many large Concept system sites over the years. This experience combined with the specific skills of our technicians, makes Nelson Alarms the clear security company of choice to effectively maintain your system and ensure the security of your premises.
We have qualified Technicians that are trained in the latest Cardax systems. For installations and maintenance, Cardax strongly recommend that customers use a Cardax Trained Professional.
